Scholarship Opportunities
Horizons Communities: Each of the 35 Horizons communities will receive two registrations and lodging for the RCC 2010. Please indicate the names of the recipients from your community in the comments box on your registration form.
Triangle Communications: Triangle Communications announces the availability of its Business Education Grants to cover early registration costs up to $95 to participate in the Rural Community Conference to be held on the MSU Bozeman campus on August 31 and September 1, 2010. Ideally, we’d like to assist one individual from each of our communities in attending. Triangle’s Business Education Grant is available to residents located within our service area (see map below). Rural Dynamics Incorporated: Scholarships are available to those who represent tribal entities and/or work in, with, or serve Native communities in order to attend the Rural Community Conference and Asset Building Summit August 31- September 2, 2010. Scholarship funds can be used for registration fees and travel. Please note IRS scholarships reimburse costs after the event. You will be responsible to cover the costs upfront.
